PROCEDURES FOR ADMISSION OF CLIENTS INTO NDLEA REHABILITATION CENTRE

Enquiry: Information & Requirements are given

Application for Rehabilitation by the Client/Parent/Guardian
iii.
Approval of the Admission by the State Commander
iv.
Intake Interview using the Alcohol Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test (ASSIST) to ascertain whether to admit the Client or referral

Signing of Consent Form

Drug Test on the Client to confirm the kind of drugs he is using

Design Treatment Plan

Comprehensive Medical Check-up

Consultation with the Medical Personnel/Psychiatrist

Detoxification under supervision

Psychosocial Interventions (Individual and Group Counseling Sessions)

Duration: Duration is minimum of 12 weeks. It can be extended depending on the severity of the individual’s problems and needs

Visitation by family members on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No visitation on weekends

Cost of feeding are borne by Parent/Guardian and varies from one State to another.
