FUNCTIONS OF THE DIRECTORATE OF Administration and Establishment:

1. The directorate is responsible for strengthening the general administration process of the Agency, determining the Human resource requirement of the Agency and obtaining establishment for same.
2. It addresses welfare issues involving staff in all categories; keeping records of all establishment matters and the Agency Tenders Board meeting resolutions.
3. Staff recruitment and placement.
4. Record administration and management.
5. Postings, Deployment and Personnel data management.
6. Coordination of Disciplinary matters.
