Pursuant to the Order of Court granted on the 14th day of March, 2024 in suit no. FHC/AWK/CS/60/2024, by Hon. Justice Nnamdi O. Dimgba of the Federal High Court,
Awka Division, notice is hereby given to the general public that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has obtained an Interim Order of Attachment of a property at
Okofia Ose Uzo-Ubi land of Utem Onwuka, Oba town in Anambra State.
TAKE NOTICE that at the expiration of Fourteen (14) Days from the date of publication of this order if there are no objections, the Agency will proceed to obtain final
forteiture of the property.
