PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the Order of Court granted on the 26th day of June 2024 in suit no. FHC/LKJ/CS/25/2023, by Hon. Justice Abiodun J. Adeyemi of the Federal High Court, Lokoja Division, notice is hereby given to the general public that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has obtained an order of final forfeiture of an abandoned Howo Truck with registration number Abuja ABJ 361 XK at its Kogi state Command.
TAKE NOTICE that at the expiration of Fourteen (14) Days from the date of publication of this order if there are no objections, the Agency will proceed to obtain final forteiture of the vehicle in question.
